It looks recently abandoned by the condition of the curtains... or in a very moderate, low-humidity climate? The layers (windows, glass & door frame, etc) and the asymmetry (open window and door, twisted curtain) make a fairly straight forward shot even more beautiful and inspired.

Thank you very much, this building is abandoned I think the last thirty years.
Generally if the roof of the buildings is not degrade, that preserve moisture and rot.
